Legacy Ministries was founded on the concept of “Taking the gospel of Jesus Christ to the next generation.” We have been faithful to this calling and have experienced wonderful spiritual and individual growth over the past years. We understand that the church accomplishes the good work assigned to it “by God's grace and for His personal glory.” We believe that the Word of God - The Bible, is without error and able to convey any and all truth intended for the church. We understand that the Holy Spirit was sent to the church after Christ’s resurrection and ascension to comfort the saints and guide the church into all truth from heaven.
We humbly and gratefully surrender our lives to Jesus Christ, the head of the church because Jesus surrendered His life for us as a substitutionary sacrifice on the cross for our sins. We desire to bring glory and honor to Jesus and the heavenly Father here on earth. We will accomplish this through living honorable lives each and every day that he gives us. We will bless others as God has blessed us. We will do this by preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ fearlessly while leaving the eternal results in his hands. We will exalt the name of Jesus by assembling publicly and privately for prayer, worship and fellowship and offering our tithes for expanding His kingdom on earth.
Legacy Ministries is distinguished by its outreach. Jesus Himself said in Matthew 28, that he had all power in heaven and earth. That the church was to make disciples of all nations. Baptizing them in the name of the Father Son, and Holy Spirit. The authority of Jesus’ directive is without question. We are to do these things for Him. “He will be with the church until the end of time. We give of our time, energy, and talents to this calling. We believe that God Himself will supply all that we need to accomplish the work that He has set before us. Scripture Review John 9:4-5: Jesus said “We must do the work of the one who sent me.” Eph 2:8-10: “We are God’s workmanship created in Christ Jesus to do good works which God prepared in advance/or us to do.” James 2:14-22; Colossians 4:17; Phil 1:6
